Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Regardless of the size or type of your business, we can help prolong the life of your carpet and keep it looking new longer.
Our commercial carpet cleaning service uses the same patented cleaning process as our residential service. We use hot water extraction to pump hot water into your carpet to release any dirt deep within the fibers, then extract the water while removing the dirt.
We also offer encapsulation carpet cleaning, a low-moisture service that uses up to 98% less water than our hot water extraction method, drastically reducing dry time and allowing technicians to clean with little to no interruption to normal business operations.

What are the different types of carpets and how do you clean them?
There are a wide variety of carpet fiber types that can be found in homes and businesses worldwide. Ranging from the extremely common nylon, polyester, olefin (polypropylene) and wool fibers, these carpets each have their own unique characteristics, including but not limited to fiber production, methods of dye application and performance. Because of these varying characteristics, each carpet may respond in different ways depending on the type of soils found in them, the method of cleaning and products used during the cleaning process.
Keep in mind there is no magic wand cleaning method that takes away the soils without thought and some level of skill and effort. You can read up on every home cleaning tool sold in store, the good and bad of each. Never the less, varying characteristics of the fibers, soils, level of traffic and cleaning agents used will all play a part in your success.
The Carpet and Rug Institute or CRI provides a list of cleaning machines that meet specific cleaning effectiveness testing. This testing has continued to prove that truck mounted- hot water extraction provides the best overall cleaning when performed correctly.
We train our technicians to search for the variations of soils such as, insoluble (gritty soils and dust), water and solvent soluble soils (food, pet and people oils, etc.) and to choose the best approach. This approach may include the application of spotting agents and preconditioners to suspend the unwanted substances from the carpet. By employing the Principles of Professional Cleaning as well as the Four Fundamentals of Soil Suspension (Chemical Action, Heat, Agitation and Time), in the best possible way, carpet is left texturally sound and soil free.
