CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS
The Customer Service Advisor is the voice of Stanley Steemer at our company-owned and operated National Customer Contact Centers, answering the famous 1-800-STEEMER® line. Advisors at company-owned locations receive comprehensive training to help customers schedule services and get their questions answered. Remote opportunities may be available in select corporate markets, such as Phoenix, Tampa, and Columbus. Some independently owned and operated franchise locations may also employ customer service staff. Franchise owners are independent employers and may offer their own training programs, benefits, and advancement opportunities, which vary by location.
CLEANING TECHNICIANS
Cleaning Technicians are essential to delivering the Stanley Steemer® experience. Technician roles are available at both company-owned branches and independently owned and operated franchise locations. At company-owned branches, Stanley Steemer International, Inc. provides training and a competitive benefits package, with opportunities for career growth. Franchise owners are independent employers and may offer their own training programs, benefits, and career advancement opportunities, which vary by location. Many current franchise owners and corporate leaders began their careers as technicians, building their own paths within the Stanley Steemer® system.
MANAGER-IN-DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Stanley Steemer International, Inc. relies on strong, customer-oriented field managers to oversee its company-owned locations. To support this need, we offer a 12-month management training program at corporate branches. This program develops leadership skills in operations, financial management, employee motivation, and customer service. Upon completion, trainees may be placed in management positions at one of our company-owned branches.
This program is available only through Stanley Steemer International, Inc.'s corporate operations. Franchise owners are independent employers and may have their own management roles or development opportunities, determined solely at their discretion.
