Cleaning tile floors by hand is hard work. It’s messy, uncomfortable and impossible to get the deep-clean results that come with professional tile and grout cleaning. That’s because grout, which is a porous material, collects dirt, grime
We use a high-pressure water and vacuum system along with a cleaning solution that doesn’t leave a residue.
We offer in-home demonstrations of our cleaning process so you can see it for yourself before you book a cleaning.
Our tile cleaning process is certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America to remove an average of 96% of common household allergens.
A finishing coat of Stanley Steemer’s clear tile sealant protects from small spills, while our color sealant protects grout from spills and stains and is waterproof.
Grout is a porous material that absorbs soil and spills, just like carpet. Applying a sealant creates a protective barrier, making it easier to clean up spills before they soak in.
For deep, stubborn spots, we recommend our color sealant to restore your grout to a uniform color while offering all the benefits of our clear sealant. You can even choose a completely new color to transform the look of an entire room.
Avoid bleach and other harsh chemical cleaners that might break down sealants.
Suitable for use on small spots or for general cleaning, Stanley Steemer Neutral Tile & Grout Cleaner™ removes even the toughest dirt from your tile floors safely and gently.
Once you’ve scheduled a cleaning, your job is almost done. We’ll handle moving most pieces of furniture. We only ask that you remove fragile or valuable items from the rooms being cleaned and that you secure your pets.
Upon arrival, we’ll inspect the rooms to be cleaned and discuss the whole process with you. Then after carefully moving your furniture, it’s time to begin cleaning.
We’ll scrub the surface to release contaminants before using our rotary wand, which forces hot water and cleaning solution deep into the pores of your tile and grout. Then our vacuum equipment extracts all of the dirt and allergens, removing them from your home. Afterward, we’ll put your furniture back exactly where we found it.
Before leaving, we’ll complete a final inspection to make sure you’re happy. Any sealants will need 30 minutes to dry before walking on them and 24 hours to cure completely.
