Carmen Bottigilieri, the current owner of the Rohnert Park franchise, started working with Stanley Steemer back in September of 1983 out in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In February of 1986, he and his family moved out west to start a franchise in northern
California. He has been here ever since, and according to him, he absolutely loves the people and communities of Marin and Sonoma County.
The Rohnert Park franchise runs 4 to 5 trucks a day, and they employ 10 to 12 people. They specialize
in water damage, carpet repair, drapes, hardwood floors, upholstery cleaning and tile & grout cleaning. Like any Stanley Steemer franchise, the one in Rohnert Park takes pride in its customer service. According to Carmen, “Our true value of
customer service to you is not determined by what we put into it, but what you get out of it. Our crews serves each customer with sincerity and selflessness to educate them about our services and variety of products.”
The franchise is dedicated to serving the local community, and has donated to several different organizations throughout Marin and Sonoma County, including Ladies of Elks Lodge, Neil Cummins Elementary School, Hall Middle School, St Isabella
School, Petaluma City Ballet, McDowell Elementary School and The Foundation for Reed Schools. Says Carmen, “We are always looking to help out organizations in our community.”
