Scott McKelvy is the current owner of the Kingsport, Tennessee franchise. He started at the franchise in 1999 as the Operations Manager, and purchased the franchise himself in March of 2003.
The branch currently employs 12 people and runs 5 service trucks. In addition to the standard carpet & upholstery cleaning services, the Kingsport, Tennessee franchise offers emergency water restoration, tile and grout cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, VCT maintenance, vehicle cleaning (cars, boats, and more), and carpet sales and installation. The Kingsport franchise is dedicated to customer service. At the end of every day, the technicians will call each of their customers to check and make sure there are no questions or problems with the day’s service.
The Kingsport, Tennessee franchise takes great pride in being involved in their community. They have multiple sponsorships at area schools, and they are also involved with the March of Dimes, The Jericho Shriners, Speedway Charities and the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure.
