Exceeded My Expectations
They steam cleaned wall-to-wall carpet in 3 rooms: living room, dining room and family room. The carpet is more than 20 years old and the blond color of a golden lab retriever.
When I made the appointment I explained that I had a heavily soiled traffic area in the family room. I also had brownish stains from leaky plants. When the technician arrived and did the inspection, he gave a range of possible outcomes for the heavily soiled and stained areas. He said they could disappear, get lighter or stay the same. Mentally, I translated what he said as: I'm not a miracle worker, but I'll do my best. Well, his best was pretty impressive. They exceeded my expectations, especially in the family room where the high-traffic area was black. I couldn't believe the change. I am very pleased with the results. Job well done and worth the price!

They came out and cleaned my carpets and everything went unbelievably great. I was amazed at how good of a job they did and it was so clean. I have had other cleaners that did not do a good job. I will use Stanley Steemer again soon.

A Pleasant Experience
My name is Rochelle McCain and I wanted to personally let you know how well I was treated while visiting Stanley Steemer on Monday, September 17th. I had had a terrible weekend when I discovered that colored copy paper had bled onto one of my black leather seats in my automobile. After making many calls to various places of business that were supposed to be auto interior specialist, without much luck, I was finally referred to try Stanley Steemer. After explaining my problem to the receptionist Katy (may have the name wrong) she spoke with her manager Robert Burns. Who in turn suggested that I bring my car in so he could take a look at it. Mr. Burns was very friendly, polite and very helpful. And he was able to pretty much remove all of the stain out of my seat! I was already excited and relieved that the stain was removed from my seat, however, when I went back into the office to pay for the services, Mr. Burns had the receptionist issue me an invoice with a $0 balance!! There was no charge!! I can’t thank him enough. Customers are so quick to complain when something isn’t right, but very rarely say a word when they are satisfied. Therefore, I wanted to personally let you know that I am a very satisfied customer and to give a compliment to your staff and a special thanks to Mr. Robert Burns.

I used to use you all the time, probably 8-10 years ago. However, a friend had his own carpet cleaning company so I used him out of loyalty. Well, over time I have become less and less satisfied and decided to use you again.
