The stanley steemer clean and finish process
1.	We begin with a thorough consultation, and help you determine the best premium quality finish for your floor.
2.	Then we carefully inspect the floor and test for any surface contaminants which could affect how the finish will adhere and dry.
3.	Next we remove vent covers and thoroughly vacuum the floor.
4.	Next we prepare your floor with a deep cleaning and/or light abrasion to help the new finish adhere to the floor.
5.	The floor is again vacuumed, tacked, and allowed to dry.
6.	Then we apply the extremely durable polyurethane finish of your choice. All of our finishes are low odor and non-toxic.
7.	Before we leave, we discuss drying and curing times with you.
8.	We also provide information on proper maintenance practices, so you can enjoy your beautiful floor longer.
