Then we thoroughly inspect the floor and test for any surface contaminants, which could affect how the finish will adhere and dry.

Next we remove vent covers and baseboards as needed, and thoroughly vacuum the floor.

We prep the floor with a deep cleaning that removes the top layer of existing finish.

The floor is again vacuumed, tacked with the proper solvent, and allowed to dry.

Then we apply the extremely durable polyurethane finish of your choice. All of our finishes are low-odor and non-toxic.
