Can I use a coupon on my initial carpet cleaning?

We're sorry, but because we already offer the One-Year-Clean Guarantee at a significant value, we cannot apply any further discounts to this service.

Is there a limit to how many areas I may include?

There is a two-area minimum requirement for all new contracts, but you may include as many areas as you like on your One-Year-Clean Guarantee, as long as they are carpeted.

What if I want to add areas later?

If you decide to add areas at a later date, you can set up a new One-Year-Clean Guarantee for those areas, or take advantage of the 20% discount.

How do I set up my follow-up cleanings?

Simply click on the One-Year-Clean tab in the quote box at the left - you can also use it to renew or set up a new guarantee.

When does my One-Year-Clean Guarantee expire?

A One-Year-Clean Guarantee expires 12 months from the date of purchase, or upon completion of a third follow-up cleaning - whichever comes first. It's likely that spills or accidents will prompt a follow-up cleaning, but you may want to put a reminder in your calendar, so you don't forget to contact us.

Can I transfer my One-Year-Clean Guarantee if I move?

Unfortunately the One-Year-Clean Guarantee is not transferable if you move. An integral component of the guarantee is the application of carpet protector at no charge when you purchase the guarantee. Protector allows our cleaning technicians to retain your carpet's beauty throughout the life of the guarantee. When you move, there's no assurance your new residence has had protector applied. Also, the guarantee is valid only at participating franchises and in a limited number of markets, so there's a likelihood you may be moving to a location where the guarantee isn't available.

The One-Year-Clean Guarantee, however, does stay with your residence, so this is a selling point to help you market your home when you move.

How do I renew my contract?

You can repurchase your One-Year-Clean Guarantee, without paying another cleaning charge, only at the time of your third follow-up cleaning. At this time, we will reapply carpet protector and you will have three more follow-up cleanings to use within 12 months from that date.
